Workbee Client connects you to talent in your area for gigs and matches your requirements based on their skills, availability, and location to make sure you get the right person for the job. Matching is done through an algorithm based on multiple metrics.
How does it work?
1. SIGN UP AND GET VERIFIED
Sign up on the Workbee platform and fill in your organizations details and information. This can be done on both Mobile and Web applications. The account will then be verified by Workbee.
2. CREATE AN EVENT
From the Dashboard, create an event and fill in the required information. Add the name of your event and a description for talent to see. i.e., "Evening Shift Reception" or "Morning Shift Café".
Select a department (if applicable) and include the time and location. You have the option to create multiple events in the same department at different times, whereas each event must be at least 3 hours long and up to a maximum of 12 hours.
Select the type of role that you require, such as "Bartender." You may request up to 10 roles per event.
Select your language preferences. Select Skillsets from our preset list. Perhaps you want a Bartender with mixology experience? State which Systems (point of sales, booking systems, etc.) your Business operates with.
Please state the materials talent should bring to the event: uniform, ID, lunch, etc. Additional details you think would be applicable can be typed in and highlighted. i.e., Perhaps you want to let them to know that they should visit the Hotel Reception to start their shift?
Do you have any favorite talent that worked for you on past events? You can search and invite them separately or let our algorithm find you a completely new talent for this new event.
3. USERS SHOW INTEREST IN THE EVENT
When creating an event within 24 hours the Business has the option to use Workbee’s last-minute request service. Here the algorithm notifies the Talent best suited for the event and if they choose to accept they automatically get confirmed for the role.
If the Business realizes that the event might need more personnel once it has already started, a last-minute request can be used to get more talent for the same role. There is an hour buffer for when the talent can arrive (top allow for travel time).
4. LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS
When creating an event within 24 hours the Business has the option to use Workbee’s last-minute request service. Here the algorithm notifies the Talent best suited for the event and if they choose to accept they automatically get confirmed for the role.

5. ENDING EVENTS, RATING, AND PAYMENTS
Request for extra time: If the Business would like talent to stay longer, they can request for additional time in increments of 30 minutes. The talent is notified through the app about this and must confirm that they wish to keep working.
Rate the talent: Once the event is completed both parties rate their experience.
Get invoiced by us: Twice per month Workbee sends invoices if there were events completed.
